There’s a noticeable gap in the door, allowing light from the hallway to shine into the room. Additionally, the room is located near the pool, which remains noisy at night and affects rest. I also ordered two bottles of water by phone, but they were never delivered.

This it our third trip to this hotel, having stayed here in July and October in 2024. We've enjoyed our visits, but this time we stayed on the 4th floor at the very end of the row, away from the elevator. The noise level was louder than normal, even at 2 am, as the walls are quite thin. As seniors, we don't have issues with noise normally, but having dealt with this concern previously, hotel staff was not forthcoming in dealing with making people be a little quieter in those early morning hours. The non-smoking room itself was nice from before, with a large bathroom and shower. However, on this occasion, the water flow was horrible, as we were on the highest floor. Regarding the toilet, you had to hold the handle down to flush, and that was unacceptable for a $160/night price point. The flow from the sink was just as bad this time around. If you request a view of the bay/ocean, the price is higher. We had a non-view out to the parking lot with some hilly backgrounds. Fridge, microwave, and their version of a Keurig machine were functional; however, the fridge was not cold enough this time around. The king-size bed was comfy, and we traveled with our own pillows. Roll out desk, and chair with hammock was great to have for use with our electronic devices. What is interesting is that their Wi-Fi is unsecured, and it was not mentioned at check-in. We used our own modem, and visitors need to be prepared to use a hotspot or something else for internet privacy. We provided this feedback after our October 2024 visit. We will stay here again later in the year, but request a lower floor, and also with hopes that there is a better working plumbing and refrigeration.

I was at the ****** over the weekend. When i returned to my car. I noticed my car had damage down the side, it had been involved in a hit and run in the parking lot. After my experince and they way ive been treated, i never feel safe to go here again. I contacted security. They called the tribal police. Security told me they had video of the truck that hit me. But would not give me the plate number or information. Security told me to just file a claim with my insurance. The person who hit me, his insurance company should pay not me. Hit and run is illigal and a crime! The tribal police who work for the ****** were not very helpful. The Officer told me that a lot of times they don't get plates #s in these circumstances. This is the most heavily camera monitored places in the county! What do you mean ******* dont have video footage. You mean to tell me if someones steals from the ****** and leaves they wouldnt be able to get a plate on the getway car? B.s.! the officer said he would get me a police report in 2 days. He never answers his cell phone 2,3,4,days later. When i called the office it goes to the chief who has gave me the run around. He had me call back at 8 pm then when i called back after 4 days he said the officer was away and it would take a while to get a report. That i would have it in 15 days. My case number is 0001. The first case of the year and its going to take 2 weeks, insane. If you can not help me, when my property has been damaged i will let everyone in the community know that you are not safe on this property! The ****** and the tribal police have done nothing to help! It has been 6 days now and nobody has contact to me. When i call them they tell me they can not help me!

The room was very nice I booked online and it did not tell me that when I got there I needed to pay a $75 deposit so make sure you know that ahead of time the ****** was kind of tight with the slots took more money than it gave wasn't very big and the food and the little cafe was really crappy I ordered a double burger and some fries the fries were cold and the burger look like it been on the bun for a while but I had already gotten back to my room so I didn't take it back the parking lot is nice and you can stay there in your RV for up to 3 days and there are several flat spots

Looking forward to a fun weekend to celebrate our 20th anniversary the bed was the hardest rock we’ve ever slept on. I wanted to go home after the first night stay. Slots were tight as grandmas wallet. Second night was just as bad. Slots didn’t even allow us to sit and play awhile. I mean sure take our money but could we have fun while you do it? Back ache head ache. Definitely won’t return to this hotel. The room was cute and clean. Just hard as a rock bed. The restaurant was really good. Great food and service. The Ribeye is excellent.

Personnel are incompetent, unprofessional and very likely hired off the street. Save your time, energy and $$$$…refrain from staying at this dump….AC in room was inoperable and front desk recommended I leave the hotel and find another hotel to stay…hence, I proceeded to leave hotel @ 10 pm.

Beautiful, peaceful setting on Indian land on a hill above the valley and ocean. The rooms are attractive and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant has good food with reasonable prices. There is interesting history in the area of the various native tribes in this region. The little town of Ferndale is close by. It has some charming Victorian architecture. In May there were many rhododendrons in full bloom especially in the cemetery on the hillside above the town.
